Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the dash cam and all included accessories into the original box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.
